Publisher Description
A submarine is a watercraft capable of independent operation underwater. It differs from a submersible, which has more limited underwater capability. The term submarine most commonly refers to a large crewed autonomous vessel. This book covers the submarines of the world and their rolls throughout history. It covers countries that have or have had submarines and there stories, images, and specifications.
Customer Reviews
Good info, poor interface on iPad.
Only one gripe. No way to navigate to any one Country’s vessels on the iPad (Mac version works fine). You must scoll through them all as if the information was connected end-to-end. For instance, if you want Norway, you must scroll through all the countries before it (or after it if, say, looking at the US vessels). There is no way to directly select it.
