The world didn't end with a bang; it began with a bite. As a viral nightmare sweeps across the United States, transforming the populace into mindless, ravenous predators, the foundations of civilization are crumbling. But while the world watches the news in horror, the real battle is happening in the shadows of the power grid.


Gary Sykes is a "momma’s boy nerd" who lives for tabletop RPGs and the strict code of the Paladin. Beverly Sanders is a mother working two jobs just to keep her family afloat after her heroic husband was sidelined by PTSD. Neither of them expected to be the last line of defense for a dying nation.

Trapped inside Tres Hombres, a high-tech substation at the crossroads of America's three major power grids, Gary and Beverly realize a terrifying truth: when the coal plants fail, the lights go out forever. Without power, the few lucky survivors will be left to fight the undead in a cold, permanent dark.

To save the future, Gary must do what the government couldn't—link the national grids and prop up the remaining power sources. But as the horde breaches the gates and the sound of scratching fingers reaches the control room door, "Easy Peasy" becomes a race against time and a test of true heroism.
