Really good, but suffers from oh-so-common fallacies
A good corporate read. The beginning felt like more of a collection of long articles rather than a comprehensive book but really improved in the last third. A lot of great points that are really important for a really important topic. Two potential issues: (1) equates diversity with racial diversity. Both are important but not understanding the difference leads to a lot of problems for companies. (2) Drifts into political stuff. It’s too bad because the book clearly recognizes that the corporate world, and private social change, is where the real change happens, but still gets into political stuff. That makes a lot of people shut down.
