Fun and Informative
Sugar Free was an enjoyable book and flowed nicely. It was informative and easy to understand. I really enjoyed the fact that the author broke down a sugar detox plan by level of difficulty, which increased not only the audience base but made it a more desirable plan for anyone wanting to detox from sugars and improve their diet and health. It was certainly an eye opener.
Time to ditch the sugar habit
My peception of sugar has totally changed after reading this book. It explains everything we need to know about sugar and how it works in our bodies. I didn't know I am addicted to sugar but found out about that after taking the test. The book suggested 3 sugar detaox plans and the Yellow one is what fits me. I'm really interested in trying the plan and hopefully I could lose some weight from it. This book includes a lot of great recipes for people to follow during their 28 days diet. Not only it would help me lost weight but it would also promote a healthier eating habit.
