#1 Until someone recognizes that thought is the source of their experience, they have no choice but to focus their efforts on fixing, changing, or otherwise altering those external factors in an attempt to improve their experience of life. Once they recognize thought as the missing link between the infinite creative potential of the mind and the individual experience of life, the compulsion to do something to improve their situation diminishes.

#2 The three principles at the heart of the human experience are mind, body, and spirit. When we understand these principles, we can tap into the unknown as the source of both inspiration and creation.
