SUMMER 1976 SUMMER 1976

Publisher Description

In the summer of 1976, in the UK we had one of the hottest driest years ever while in the south of France I arrived to find that it rained everyday.

This is the diary I wrote of that summer. I had finished my second year at college, and was now enjoying a break before starting my final year. Driving through France in an open-topped sports car might seem idyllic but that proved not to be the case.
