Meet Scott Dracula. After centuries in Transylvania, he's traded the castle for a stilt-house on the Bogue Sabbath bayou and a rental empire of sagging duplexes, trailer lots, and problem tenants.
He wants three simple things: rent on time, no dealers in Magnolia Court, and for people to lock their doors when he walks by.
