Great book

Old school way of Heavy Squats and GOMAD. If Milk gives you digestive issues as it does me, substitute it with something throughout the day that will equal the same amount of calories of fat and protein.
Just cause it seems an archaic style doesn’t mean it’s not relevant today. Strong legs equate to a strong body, argue with me all you want. Read the book, do the work. Thank Randall later. Cheers.
