Quick read about superfoods and other lifestyle habits to heal us feel better

I liked how quick of a read this book is - it included summaries of why each superfood is considered a superfood. Often times just outlining what specific vitamins and nutrients are in each food. I really like that the author also included a couple of chapters after describing the superfoods with tips and remedies on how to feel more energetic and lively on a more consistent day-to-day level.
