Holy Moley and Great Scott!
The Man of Steel meets the World's Mightiest Mortal in this exciting and thrilling graphic novel you won't want to put down!
Superman & Shazam: The Dynamic Duo.
This was a very entertaining read here. I even thought the ending where Superman angrily questions the Wizard’s decision to put the SHAZAM powers on a young child in Billy Batson was interesting. Because it’s true. Why would somebody put the faith of the world in a child? Morally, it is very wrong. A child shouldn’t have to be put into a situation like that.
My only nitpick is that the story was a little too short. I think if it was a little longer, and we saw a little bit more of Billy’s friendship with Scott, his death would’ve been more heartbreaking than what we got. Not that it wasn’t there, but I just felt there was more to be told.
Also, and I’m sorry to say this, but to me, Dr. Savannah is REALLY not that interesting a character. He kinda feels like an older, lighter version of Lex Luthor to me.
Those aside, this is a very good read for any comic book fans. Especially if you’re a fan of Superman and Shazam. Check it out. You may like it.
