Surprised by God's Grace

Christianity promises so much. The Bible offers sincere believers a new life in Christ. This new life should begin in the here and now. Coming to faith in Christ by being filled with the Holy Spirit, should enable a believer to live righteously. Only then can they know real peace and joy in their lives.
Yet so often for Christians, these promises do not become a reality. So many people fall away from the faith. In reality the Bible also promises that following Jesus Christ will also entail struggles & sacrifices. All Christians experience struggles in their lives, too few receive the blessings that the Bible promises.
In this book, I will endeavour to argue why becoming a Christian should be amazing I will do this by examining the teachings of the Bible in relation to my own personal testimony of coming to faith in Christ.
