Congratulations and great appreciation to all those whose years of devotion to the Red-shouldered hawks helped make this outstanding books a reality. I was caught up in the drama of this inspiring story right from the beginning. The text is completely engaging, and there are many stunning full-color photos of the hawks throughout. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in birds and birding, environmental issues, or conservation.

    Great book,wonderful pictures!

This is very well written. The life of red shoulder hawks is full of many dangers, but I am thankful for the celery farm in New Jersey giving hawks a better chance.
