Awesome book. My only complaint is that I wanted more. Can't wait for another book in this Sweet series.
Sweet Addiction
Wow. I enjoy Maya Banks novels, have read every one and bought this one the moment it came out. BDSM and menage do not offend me and the way it is usually handled by Banks has made me a fan. This novel for the first 100 pages had me thinking Fifty Shades, but rapidly devolved into sick and twisted and finally ended up with the most forced and cheesy ending I have ever read. Civil ceremony for polyamorous relationship is one thing but to throw a priest and to insinuate God's blessing into the last 2 pages of this joke was a true sacrilege. Stick with your secular humanist, hedonistic handling of the trend in our culture. It rings true and is a great escape. To mention God in the same space as this book and the relationship within is a desperate reach for validation and simply incongruous.
