Book #2 in the Sweet Series.
Lost, shattered, and confused, Beulah finds a friend where she least expects one. What she thought she knew, she didn’t. What she thought she understood, she didn’t. And what she is about to find out will change her. When your fate claims you there is no running from it.
APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
The second installment of Abbi Glines' Sweet series cranks up the angst with a heart-wrenching (and scintillating) love triangle. After learning a terrible truth about her boyfriend—wealthy scion Jasper Van Allan—Beulah Edwards finds comfort in the arms of Jasper's gorgeous friend, Stone Richmond. But is he deceiving her too? We love the decadent, soapy world that Glines has created. High-stakes tension plus a relatable heroine kept us turning pages all night and eagerly anticipating the series finale.
Kept up my interest.
Well that was bad
So the book was basically just her and stone having cheap sex after she found out that “the love of her life” was actually her cousin, which is never addressed more than that basically in this book. She says she loves stone after only living with him for like a week. Next book is probably about how she is in love with Mack or some crap like that. She was also really selfish in my opinion she dosent want Jasper to have anything to do with his actual biological sister that he never knew about. This book was a disappointment really
