ARC for honest review with no compensation
Sweetest Surrender is a hot, sexy, suspenseful read by Erika Wilde. Josh and Paige have been friends for over three years and while there has always been an underlying current between them except Paige is married to a fellow police officer and his friend so neither has ever crossd the line. That is until her husband is killed and during the investigation Josh finds out he was a dirty cop and put Paige's life on the line. Josh knows he will do anything to keep her safe and maybe they can see where this underlying sizzling current leads them...that is until Paige decides that she will not fall for another cop and is moving back home.
Can Josh keep her safe from harm and show her that love can bring her the happiness that eluded her during her marriage and that he would do his best to come home to her or will she harden her heart and let a forever love pass her by?
