A father appeals the juvenile court's order finding the children to be in need of assistance. APPEAL DISMISSED. Appellant has advised that the issues raised in this appeal are moot as a result of juvenile court action. Appellant has asked that the issue be considered despite that fact it is moot. That request is denied and the appeal is dismissed.
