Table for Two, Trouble for One

Two women. One diner booth. And a disagreement that might just turn into love.

London Blake has traded New York City for the charming Connecticut town of Cromwell’s Crossing, where she plans to enjoy her newfound freedom, grow her successful podcast, and settle into the house she inherited from her beloved aunt.

There’s just one problem.

Someone keeps sitting in her favorite diner booth.

Kerri Hartley has been enjoying breakfast at the Crossing Diner for eleven years, and she’s not about to surrender her favorite window seat to an opinionated newcomer with a laptop and an impressive talent for arguing.

Especially when that newcomer is distractingly attractive.

What begins as a ridiculous territorial dispute quickly becomes a series of shared breakfasts, clever negotiations, and conversations neither woman wants to end.

But when a disagreement over children’s books at the local library brings their professional lives together, London and Kerri discover there’s more to each other than witty banter and questionable seating arrangements.

London is building a new life. Kerri already has one she loves.

Neither is looking to give up her independence.

But perhaps love isn’t about surrendering what matters.

Perhaps it’s about finding someone worth sharing it with.

Warm, witty, and full of small-town charm, Table for Two, Trouble for One is a delightful F/F contemporary romantic comedy about unexpected connections, finding home, and discovering that the best seat in the house is wherever the woman you love happens to be.

Book Two in the Women, Wine & Wrong Turns series. A complete romance with a happily-ever-after ending.
