Tabu is a modern dramatic thriller about betrayal, murder and family love.

A successful club owner Bernard Mann and his son Charles are being muscled out of business. Bernard thought he could try to keep the dealing professional. He had closed door meetings with the uptown 'hoods and tried to be open to any deal that didn't include losing control of his club.

This all changes when Bernard's wife is brutally killed. The message is obvious It's time to kill or be killed…or leave town.

Before the Manns can chose, the father disappears without a word. Charles's sister and uncle are then murdered. Charles is advised to run. None of the thug who hang out at Tabu wants to go to war for Charles.

Alone, Charles sets in motion a plot to get his father back and save the club. The son has to be something he isn't: Gangsta.
