Great Depth and Detail

This book starts with fundamentals of rooting and theory, and then systematically takes you through increasing levels of sophistication in practice- solo exercises; single then double push hands; techniques such as coiling and using the jing energy patterns; moving push hands. Yang and Grantham's deep understanding of push hands and tai chi shines through. Well-organized. The book is very readable despite the depth and detail of what they share. All grounded in principles from the tai chi classics regardless of what style of tai chi that you do. Excellent book!
