The Madam has a project to drill a thermal hole and make electric power. They scout out land south of Yellowstone on the Shoshone tribal lands. The Madam will never get before their council but they have business manager, Bill. She talks with him and invites him to see a mockup of their proposed system. His uncle the Chief of the Council wonders if it is the possible business or the woman that has his interest.
He visits the mockup and finds the other three Associates that work with the Madam and the Madam herself.
He is introduced to My-Ling the Asian beauty, next Solviegn the 6-2 foot Viking Blond, Briallen the 6-foot Welsh lass with auburn hair, and of course the Madam. My-Ling remarked, "It might have been laid on a little thick."
Anyway, Bill talks to his uncle and the road building on the reservation for the project is approved. Over time they drill and succeed in capping the well head. One unusual event while drilling, George reported a temperature drop at the bit-head around 5000 feet. It was considered a sensor failure but deeper the temperature when up to the expected value.
Then George the drilling foreman goes to Seattle and dies in a car crash. It appears he had been drinking but all the people said he did not touch a drop. Sergeant Jones was first on site of the crash and has his doubts. He asks Detective Rage to assist him. Everyone is making money and there is no motive as to why kill George. Will it turn on the weird temperatures? And was Jones as a recruited Seal out tapping data lines
