A great book
This book has a lot of research poured into it. The writer has taken the time to give you resources that can help you. She also opens your eyes up to women that are going through and have been through domestic violence. When reading this book even if you are in a healthy marriage or relationship you can see signs of emotional violence during heated disappointments. Very well written, easy to follow, and easy to understand.
