Lots of great information

Lots of great information with activities to help learn and practice the use of control. I use this book to facilitate training in control in a mental health agency. Getting the book for free in exchange for an honest review.

WOW! Worth every penny!

Not, bad but it deals with stories of other people and their problems with coaching Mel talks them through their issues. Not bad not not very helpful unless you are going through the same issues.
