Her first year away is turning out to be nearly perfect, but one weekend of giving in to heated passion will change everything
Eighteen-year-old Harper has grown up under the thumb of her career marine father. Ready to live life her own way and to experience things she's only ever heard of from the jarheads in her father's unit, she's on her way to college at San Diego State University.
Thanks to her new roommate, Harper is introduced to a world of parties, gorgeous guys, family, and emotions. She finds herself being torn in two as she quickly falls in love with both her new boyfriend, Brandon, and her roommate's brother, Chase. Despite their dangerous looks and histories, both men adore Harper and would do anything for her, including taking a step back if it would mean she'd be happy.

This book annoyed me to no end. No man in their right mind would go back to a girl who cheated on them and had sex with another man let alone her giving her virginity to him. This book was also a rip off of beautiful disaster on multiple counts. Don't read you'll just be disappointed and extremely aggravated!
I was planning on getting this book until I read the reviews where someone gave away the big plot twist...thanks for spoiling it.
I felt like it just got repetitive with all the "mushy caring" stuff. Feels like the accident was an easy way out to make Harper stay with Brandon at the end. It ended up making it feel like Chase was just a game of fun for Harper. She would say she loved him so much and then with Brandon she would make it seem like memories with him didnt matter that much. This book made me depressed.
