Publisher Description

The New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling collection of short stories chronicling the adventures of Simon Lewis as he trains to become a Shadowhunter is now available in print with ten brand-new comic illustrations!

Simon Lewis has been a human and a vampire, and now he is becoming a Shadowhunter. The events of City of Heavenly Fire left him stripped of his memories, and Simon isn’t sure who he is anymore. So when the Shadowhunter Academy reopens, Simon throws himself into this new world of demon-hunting, determined to find himself again. Whomever this new Simon might be.

But the Academy is a Shadowhunter institution, which means it has some problems. Like the fact that non-Shadowhunter students have to live in the basement. At least Simon’s trained in weaponry—even if it’s only from hours of playing D&D.

Join Simon on his journey to become a Shadowhunter, and learn about the Academy’s illustrious history along the way, through guest lecturers such as Jace Herondale, Tessa Gray, and Magnus Bane. Written by Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, Maureen Johnson, and Robin Wasserman, these moving and hilarious short stories are perfect for the fan who just can’t get enough of the Shadowhunters.

Amazing!

I've read all the books and if this is truly just a compilation then I know it will be amazing!

A great insight to a favourite character

A story that a fan of the Shadowhunter world will throughly enjoy!

hope you have a Wonderful Day ,

Good but could have been longer and had better character development.

I liked this book a lot and it was really sad at the end, but I wish it could have been made into a series. Shadowhunter achedemy seemed like the type of place that a really good series could have been made from. I felt like it all started and ended too quickly and There was a lot more room for detail instead of just brief cuts to important stuff, some very long periods of time were just passed and it felt kind of weird in the end.I felt like the characters they introduced could have been more than just a piece of the story and could have had some depth to them.Marisol,Julie,Beatriz,Jon were just some the character I felt like were introduced but not used to their full potential.Especially George . Even though I cried in the end, I really think his unique character should have stayed And possibly been a main character. Still a good book, but a little disappointed because Simon was my favorite in the mortal instruments( and I know I’m not alone) so I wish he could have had a whole series and i would have enjoyed it. Maybe more books about him in the future would be great, and hopefully a series.even the 2k pages felt short, idk maybe I’m just imagining it because good books seem to fly by.
