Tales of Esperanza

The idea was an experiment. Instead of strip mining or terraforming, the corporation would build a single residential colony. The planet would be left, for the most part, unaltered.

No plan lasts forever.

More colonists arrive, bringing more profits. The corporation wants to expand.

The planet has other plans.

Armies rise. Assassins strike. Faiths are challenged. Behind everything, the invisible Aether swirls, probing, testing, influencing.

These are the Tales of Esperanza, stories of individuals both great and small, caught up in an epic saga of a planet in crisis.
