In the midst of these modern times, super computers the size of cell phones. A strange phenomenon was occurring whereby light particles were seen falling from the heavens. Scientists tried to explain things until frequency gradually increased. United States introduced a new aircraft to the world: The Wind was its first windship proclaimed to surpass all previous aircraft. It was said that the new craft could stay up in inner atmosphere for months at a time. Craft was compared to an aircraft carrier - only in the sky. John Wise became one of many commanders aboard Sky City. A brief incident brought him to a level of understanding, making his presence a force. A force was growing elsewhere in the midst of modernization bringing the world to great peril and beyond.
