Talking To Myself

This is about the thoughts and dreams and even the nightmares I've had since living with mental illness for the last ten years of my life maybe more, this about the people who have left my life, this weighs heavy on depression, anxiety, and everything else I was thinking about in my darkest hours.

I consider this to be dark poetry.
