Transporting and deeply authentic
I tripped into this book and didn’t dare get up until the end. Mary Twomey has constructed deeply damaged, but ever so compelling characters that engaged me thoroughly. While she has crafted original magical worlds there is depth and truth in them that resonates. Witty, quirky and beautifully written. Definitely want more!
