My information
This is not a review, I'll leave that to others, but iTunes didn't include a bio that I wrote for them, so thought I'd leave it here: Jay Williams has little experience with bombs. However, while serving as a paratrooper in the US Army he did fool around with explosives—but nothing like the character in TAX BREAK. His writing experience is much more extensive than his bomb expertise. He is a free-lance writer in nonfiction and fiction. Jay has had articles published in newspapers and magazines, and has had short stories published in “A Carolina Literary Companion,” “The Stake,” “Aura Literary/Arts Review,” and a number of other literary and men's magazines. To put food on the table, Jay works at the University of Texas as an academic counselor.
Okay, a minor review: TAX BREAK (my eBook) resonates today because it tells about a man who gave a lot to his Uncle (Sam) and then in turn got slapped down by that uncaring, unresponsive Uncle. The main character responds in a way taught to him by that Uncle--with violence. A battle ensues and is not resolved until the situation becomes so severe, that it's in the Uncle's best interest to make amends. That's a just a brief analogy of this book.
