Can't delete it.
Downloaded this book. Was disappointed by the lack of substance. Tried to delete it from my iBooks library. The "ghost" icon remains (stuck in "download" mode). I've exhausted everything I know to do to clear it except for wiping my iPad. Clearly there's something corrupted with this file.
