Teaching Electrostatics

Teaching Electrostatics is a multimedia instructional resource for teachers.  The book uses student-centred activities to foster an understanding of electricity.  All activities are explained for the teacher and videos are included to illustrate how the activity is setup and how it proceeds.  Most of the apparatus used in the activities are made by the students themselves with inexpensive and readily available materials.  Written by Don Metz, a professional educator, whose work with professional development of teachers spans thirty-five years.
