I first read this in the 80s and it turned my life around. I have bought several more since then as gifts. The author's other books are equally good.
Mental Health Seriousness
Just a forewarning, this book will tell you that you can control your own depression, anxiety, etc etc. Mental Health issues are not a choice and it’s sad this book portrays it this way. I do believe you can choose day by day to be happy, but some days are just way harder than others and some days your “misbeliefs” will win. it’s ok to not be ok, sometimes!!
