The issues in this appeal are whether the district court erred in denying plaintiffs request for prejudgment interest, costs and attorneys fees. Plaintiffs, William and Alyce Templeman, received a jury verdict of $238,293 for personal injuries and property losses resulting from the burning and sinking on the high seas of their yacht which had been manufactured by defendant Chris Craft Corporation.
