From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Julie Kenner comes a new story in her Stark International series…
Sometimes passion has a price …
When sexy Stark Security Chief Ryan Hunter whisks his girlfriend Jamie Archer away for a passionate, romance-filled weekend so he can finally pop the question, he’s certain that the answer will be an enthusiastic yes. So when Jamie tries to avoid the conversation, hiding her fears of commitment and change under a blanket of wild sensuality and decadent playtime in bed, Ryan is more determined than ever to convince Jamie that they belong together.
Knowing there’s no halfway with this woman, Ryan gives her an ultimatum – marry him or walk away. Now Jamie is forced to face her deepest insecurities or risk destroying the best thing in her life. And it will take all of her strength, and all of Ryan’s love, to keep her right where she belongs…
**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

I love this book, Jamie and Ryan are made for each other. Thank god, for Jamie's dad helping her figure out her love for Ryan. Also, for Ryan never giving up on the woman he loves and will do anything for...
Love this series!
I love this series and these characters. I truly didn't think Jamie and Ryan would ever get engaged! I kept waiting and waiting! This is finally it! Ryan has patiently been waiting for Jamie to see what he has always known. They are a happily ever after story. After Jamie works through some issues, she finally realizes that she wants to marry Ryan. The terror she felt when she thought about marriage has lost its hold on her. She wants nothing more than to spend her life as Ryan's wife.
Such a good read! I was so excited to check in with these characters again.
Love me some Ryan Hunter!
I've gotten hooked on everything Stark. Doesn't matter if it's Nikki/Damien, Syl/Jackson or Jamie/Ryan. I've enjoyed all stories in this saga. This was a really great read but I feel like I was deceived. It was only around 90 pages. I'm ok with the length just not for the price. I'm glad I've been there from the beginning. If I was to purchase on a whim not knowing the background I'd be really upset. Ok with that said I really did like the story. Ryan is just the epitome of sexiness. I have loved Ryan since Release Me. Jamie has been a bit of a loose cannon. She is misunderstood except by Ryan. I'm glad I got to witness the growth between these characters. This is a good read just warning it's really short.
