Love the MacGregor brothers and glad I will continue with the next book to get more.
Leave off the overuse of “donna”! Lord have mercy, many other words could have been used and it was simply distracting from an otherwise enjoyable story.

This is my first book by Victoria Roberts and it will not be my last. I love highlanders and I totally want to read the rest of this series. Ciaran MacGregor is on his way home from court when he comes across a lad he believes thrown from his horse. The lad turns out to be a lass. Rosalie Armstrong is a strong heroine I really liked her character. She had such a terrible up bringing but when she was faced with life or death she choose to live. I really enjoyed the build up to Ciaran and Rosalia's love and respect for each other. X Marks the Scot is the next book and Declan story.

This book was too boring to finish. No surprises and dull writing.
