Four books that run into each other as the main alpha male heroes are paired off with the loves of their lives.
Revolving around the elusive killer group “Snake Eyes” , the evil Zappia family and rival Lutrova family, the battle between good and evil had very grey lines especially with the addition of abused and controlled mafia princess Sophia Zappia, movie star Dani Roberts, ballerina Lucy Vaughn, and ex commando Caleb Fawn.
I wasn’t a fan of the flipping back and forth of the “then” and “now” style of writing but at least they were short and concise.
The storylines were unique as each couple had their own little history and meet cute that showed their connection and chemistry.
I kept waiting for one if the heroines to save the day, but something always seemed to interrupt that potential arc.
Snake eyes and the residual team members are still battling to survive and the evil Zappia family just refuse to be stopped.
I appreciated the lack of cheating and each couple enjoyed their HFN ending.
