Sam Burmen spent a year of his life learning to master control for his condition. All he wants is a fresh year of college to learn and grow with his friends. What he did not expect was the lovely Alexandra Nibros. With one meeting, he started to feel the calling deep within to have her. He finds desires within towards her that frighten him.
Werewolves are complicated creatures as it is. They mate for life and normally they are called to one without choice. It was something he never wished to face. Alexandra starts to call to his inner nature, and Sam must decide if he wishes her in his life or to deny his heart and the beast. There is much to Alexandra that has him hungry.
Sam finds himself so wrapped up in his own battle he doesn't see the dangers growing around him.

An Interesting Love Story
I love books that deal with werewolves and vampires!
This was an interesting novel that has a world where there are more than one type of werewolf and vampire. I found some of my old movie creatures living in it. I thought to myself upon meeting some of Sam’s friends of classic movies, such as the wolfman, an American Werewolf in Lodon, and Underworld.
Sam is unique to say the least. I hope there is a prequel story to him that deals with what happened before. I was left with questions on what it was like in a facility that treats these ‘Eternal Children.’ He’s all about control and being reserved with his emotion. Meeting Alex starts to break him to his ‘beastily’ ways. That’s when things heat up. I don’t want to spoil there story too much, but I must say thier first true encounter was an eye opener. I loved the differences in them. The ending had me chilling at what could happen next and the change that happened in Sam.
I would recommend this to anyone who loves some mystery and darkness with thier romance and has a love for werewolf.
