If a utopian colony really exists fathoms below the surface of the Pacific ocean, could it be a place for Cynthia to escape her hellish life in 22nd century America?

It's 2130, the air is full of choking smog and radiation, and former solider Cynthia spends her days (and nights) in a lonely office slaving away as a corporate lawyer for the Alliance, a combination government and business organization that runs most of the world. When she stumbles into a secret meeting that offers a new life in a hidden undersea colony governed by the principles of science and equality, she jumps at the chance to start over.  But Cynthia doesn't realize there's trouble in her promised paradise, and it's trouble that she can't ignore.  Cynthia may have suppressed her ethics and principles on land, but now she's found a new life, she's willing to risk everything to save her adopted home.
