TEQUILA + YOUR BEST FRIEND + YOUR BEDROOM = UM. WHOOPSIE?
Don’t sleep with your best friend.
Take it from me. I did it. And it was awful.
I-wish-the-tequila-made-me-forget kind of bad.
The problem is, Luke has forgotten. He swears that he can’t remember a thing about that night beyond the trays of tequila shots being set on the tables.
Except I can't forget. I can’t forget how good his hands felt until I fell over and hit my hip on the dresser, and I sure as hell can’t forget the entire two minutes of tap-tap-squirt.
Awkward. Embarrassing. And the new subject of a couple of dirty lucid dreams.
But I have no intention of telling him what we did. Nothing good comes from telling your best friend he’s the worst guy you’ve ever slept with.
Which makes the tequila on my birthday a very, very bad idea…

Shake with laughter
The queen of laughs, snark and rom com has done it again! Salt your glass, add the tequila to the shaker and shake, shake, shake for the perfect combination of a laugh out loud concoction. You will shake as much with laughter as the shaker did on Luke and Aspen’s fateful night.
This is a light, fun and hilarious read. It was just what I needed to put a smile on my face!
So many continuity errors
I’m only a couple of pages into chapter two, and I’ve already had to page back four times because one part of the text conflicts with something a few pages back.
She admires how white his bottom is, and later she admires how tanned it is. She put on pink shorts, but somehow she’s wearing sweats two pages later. She washed her face, but she has panda eyes from her mascara. Saying “ever” when the only context that makes sense is “never”, etc. It’s just distracting.
I just love this book! The relationship with Aspen and Luke is the best! I was sucked immediately. Emma Hart never disappoints. As always her female characters are independent and have sass.
