Terry Lynn Boozer v. State Texas

On direct appeal, appellant asserted the trial court had reversibly erred by denying his motion for instructed verdict of acquittal. Spoecifically, it was appellants contention that the State failed to meet its burden of adducing independent evidence corroborative of testimony of the accomplice witness, which the courts charge required as a matter of law before warranting a conviction.
