Texas Association Long Distance Telephone Companies (Texaltel) v. Public Utility Commission Texas

The Texas Association of Long Distance Telephone Companies ("TEXALTEL") appeals from a judgment of the district court affirming an order of the appellee, Public Utility Commission ("PUC"). The PUCs order increased the rates for services provided by AT&T Communications of the Southwest ("AT&T"), including wide area telecommunications service ("WATS"). We will affirm the judgment of the district court.
