Brett Harmon is part of the B&W security company, who specializes in security for high risk clients. When the security is somehow breached, and his client is murdered, he blames himself. Needing to step back and work this tragedy through, he heads for the ranch that belong to his 3 cousins and himself. Finding solace isn’t as easy as he hoped, as he is immediately drawn into Jaycee’s dangerous world - only problem - she has amnesia and remembers nothing. How can he think of protecting someone else, when he can’t even forgive himself for the one he just lost?

I love books by this author! As you start the book, you feel “it’s a beautiful day in the neigh-“….RUN!! From there it’s never ending action and guessing! It never fails! Great read on the continuation of a new series! Looking forward to the next one in the series or anything else she writes.
