My husband, Shaine, has accepted the duties of executor of Eustace's estate, a West Virginia home that is a nightmare of tiny rooms, no closets, drafty hallways, and is set down in a hole . . . . with a fifty foot drop off in the backyard.

Nothing different from Connecticut down here. Shaine's either taking care of Eustace's business or he's off someplace with his old friends and his brothers, More often, he just invites them all here, and I have to deal with them and our five bored and restless offspring.
