Welcome to the City of Green Ridge where life is beautiful all the time – provided you ignore the piles of peacock poop, the pornography at the playhouse, and the burgeoning police state. City Attorney Catherine Woods doesn’t have that luxury. She knows life in the small city is not as sweet and innocent as the mural being installed at the library, but when she is charged by the city manager to break the code of silence in the Police Department, her discoveries go far beyond anything she could have envisioned.
