The 12:57 Killer

A non violent, complex crime story, where the clues pile up, suspects abound, and the identity of the killer is key.

A wealthy man is discovered battered to death at home. His community are quick to blame burglars. Called to investigate DI Guido Black and team widen their search, uncovering feuds, envy and betrayals going a long way back. Events take a dramatic turn when a second body turns up.


The Detective: 

Detective Inspector Guido Black. The grandson of the last man in England to hang, Black fervently believes his grandfather innocent and is committed to finding the real killer. This miscarriage of justice drives his pathological hunt for the truth.

The team:

Detective Sgt Eden Hudson – a skint, down to earth, single mother with a lot to prove. 

Detective Philip-'Pilot'-Philpott – the youngest team member and gaming geek.
