In Part 2 we’ll get into the 5-Phases of Chinese medicine. 

Each Phase has its own qualities and distinct time to shine, but they all are part of your life in some form or another at any given moment, and they all feed into each other, too. 

This means that if you neglect what is needed in one of the phases (as we tend to like to do in our busy-busy-busy, push-push-push lives,) there will be less energy available for the other Phases and you’ll have a harder time getting where you want to be in all aspects of your life.

This section will teach you how to recognize the 5 Phases in your own life, and how to strengthen each one so you can achieve greater overall balance, health, and fulfillment. 

When you combine the techniques for balancing your constitution with the techniques for balancing the 5 Phases, you’ll be able harness your personal power, reach your goals, and make the positive impact you want in the world.
