Not detailed enough
I was excited to have guidance from Afya so I jumped into the detox head first. I had skimmed many of the recipes and introductory pages. But it wasn’t until I actually started the cleanse that I realized there isn’t much here. I found myself relying on old recipes I use because the book lacked enough to see me through the cleanse. Also, the smoothie recipes need improvement because as is the smoothies are pulpy and not the typical smoothie texture. The book also needs to expound about using Brazil nuts because my own independent research indicates your not supposed to eat more than 2-3 a day. But a recipe in this book suggests using 1/4 cup.
