Charlotte and Bloom are two BFF's living off the coast of the Florida Bahamas. After a strange trip to an island, Bloom randomly gets the power of wind, water, ice, and fire! She can also turn into a fairy or mermaid! You may think that's a good thing, but it gets these little trouble-makers in bigger trouble! What happens when a big group of tattle-tales see Bloom as a fairy? And what if she freezes her best friend? And most of all, what happens if Charlotte is jealous?
