This story is about friendship, school, sports and growing up. Watching my children, Laurel and Jesse, play their sports, watching my students in various activities over the years, and watching the interactions that children have with each other at home and away have helped me create these humorous chapters.
They depict the ups and downs of life through the eyes of the two major characters, Mantooth and Chuck. Two boys experiences during their fifth grade school year show their character and ability to have fun and also to learn from their mistakes.
