Combining magic, mysticism, wisdom and wonder into an inspiring tale of self-discovery, The Alchemist has become a modern classic, selling millions of copies around the world and transforming the lives of countless readers across generations.

Paulo Coelho's masterpiece tells the mystical story of Santiago, an Andalusian shepherd boy who yearns to travel in search of a worldly treasure. His quest will lead him to riches far different—and far more satisfying—than he ever imagined. Santiago's journey teaches us about the essential wisdom of listening to our hearts, of recognizing opportunity and learning to read the omens strewn along life's path, and, most importantly, to follow our dreams.

Worst book ever written

Don't waste your money. This is a poorly plagiarized story. If your going to rewrite a story, at least take the time to make it better! Anyone who thinks this book helped them, must have been pretty lame before reading it. This is the worlds first placebo book..

Insightful and Worth The Read!!!

This book is genuinely a beautiful book to read. I’ve seen some comments saying it’s not worth it or it’s not life changing. I disagree wholeheartedly. This book dives deep into the notion of “dreams” and fulfilling them. Everyone has had a dream at one point, whether it was small or big or anything in between. They always tell you to follow your dreams and to never give up. And this book does more than that. It immerses you in a whole new mindset about pursuing your dreams- the ones you’ve held dear in your heart for months or even years. This book tears you apart to build you back better. It reminds you of your own dreams that you overlooked and have moved on from. It reminds you that the heart speaks loudly for reasons. It reminds you to dig deep inside your own soul and realize and understand what do you really want in life? What makes you happy to wake up? What pushes you to live and do better? This book is relentlessly fierce in reminding you to follow your heart.

I don’t think that is lame nor is that stupid. No, not at all. I think that is brave, courageous, and powerful. Whether you’re living your best life already or you’re still figuring things out, this book reveals something wonderful in you that you can never truly forget. Almost like awakening a fire in you.

I definitely recommend!
